After being detained at the airport for over six hours yesterday, Japanese Immigration officials denied Paris Hilton entry to the country and she's on her way back to the states right now.

According to TMZ, Immigration officials told Paris she's not welcomed in their country due to her pleading guilty to cocaine possession.

They "frown" upon people who get convicted of drug offenses, even if you are a celebrity.

A rep for Hilton says "Paris is very disappointed and fought hard to keep her business commitments and see her fans, but she is forced to postpone her commitments in Asia. Paris understands and respects the rules and laws of the immigration authorities in Japan and fully wishes to cooperate with them. Paris looks forward to returning in the future to a country she loves and has been coming to for the past 10 years.”

Paris Hilton is back to business as usual. A judge let her off easy today with just one year of probation and 200 hours of community service. And basically right afterwards, Hilton jetted off to Asia, where she’s scheduled to make her first public appearance since the arrest.

According to E!Online, Paris is there to promote her clothing line, and the trip was planned well before she was busted in Vegas with cocaine. "This trip to Asia had been planned months ago before the incident," a source says. "When her court date got moved up, insiders figured she'd cancel but she didn't want to disappoint her fans."

But before boarding the plane, Hilton reportedly got in touch with her doctor, who will be in charge of her outpatient substance abuse program. "She's already been in touch,” the insider says. "She's taking this seriously and...

Judge to Paris: Shape Up or You'll End Up In Jail!
Paris Hilton went to court today in Las Vegas and admitted drug possession and obstructing an officer. The good news for her is that she avoided jail time because she pleaded guilty to those two charges.

Her punishment? The Judge placed her on 12 months of probation and if she gets arrested again she will head to the slammer for a year.

Her lawyer David Chesnoff spoke to reporters after the hearing saying: "She was treated like anyone else would be treated under the circumstances, and I'm very proud of the way she's dealt with this. I think she's on the...

Paris Agrees to Plea Deal
Lindsay Lohan may be facing more jail time, but Paris Hilton is in the clear.

According the D.A., Paris has agreed to a plea deal, which will help her avoid jail time. As part of the deal she will plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of drug possession and obstructing an officer for her August arrest in Las Vegas.

According to People magazine, Paris will avoid a more serious felony charge, which could have put her in prison for up to four years.

"We fashioned a resolution which would give us complete control over her future. If she does not toe the line and stay out of trouble she will do one year in the Clark County Detention Center," said Nevada's Clark County District Attorney David Roger.

Basically if she violates her probation, she's facing a full year behind bars.

"Defendant shall stay out of trouble. Defendant...

Now Dr. Drew is commenting on Paris Hilton’s downward spiral, saying she’s no better than Lohan. "Paris Hilton's current problems related to her drug arrest and subsequent criminal charges are very much similar to the Lindsay Lohan story,” Pinsky told RadarOnline.com . “It's truly Lindsay Lohan's story in slow motion.”

Paris has had quite the eventful summer: first she was detained and released after being caught in possession of pot at Figari airport in Corsica, then she was caught with pot at the World Cup in South Africa, and then caught with cocaine while in Vegas.
